NANCE was founded by José Ponce - a Costa Rican tradesman with over 8 years of hands-on experience across Guanacaste and 3 years building his own reputation right here in Samara.

José didn't just learn the trade - he learned the land. The climate, the materials, the community. Years working across Guanacaste taught him exactly what it takes to build and maintain homes that last in this environment.

We work mostly with expats and foreign homeowners and we know exactly what you need. Someone who picks up the phone. Someone who shows up on time. Someone who does the job right and tells you the truth about what it costs.
