NANCE was founded by José Ponce - a Costa Rican builder with over 8 years of hands-on experience across Guanacaste and 3 years building his own reputation right here in Samara.

José didn't just learn the trade - he learned the land. The climate, the materials, the community. Years working across Guanacaste taught him exactly what it takes to build and maintain homes that last in this environment.

Most of our clients are foreign homeowners - people who fell in love with the land and built or bought something here. They come back as often as they can. They bring their families. They share their home with guests. And when they're away, they need to know that everything is in trusted hands. That's the responsibility we take seriously.
